East Tatanka, Jackson Hole, Wyoming Vacation Rental

East Tatanka in the Teton Range of Wyoming is another magnificent addition to this beautiful resort villa location, filled with family fun activities. Built in natural materials such as wood and stone, these homes fit sensitively into their surroundings. The East Tatanka Home celebrates its hillside setting, with a large terrace affording spectacular panoramas across the valley and Teton mountain range. Ideal for families with children, three of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the fourth houses four twin beds, with each bedroom featuring its own spacious bathroom. For entertaining, the large living room and dining room brings guests together, while the workout studio and deep-soaking bathtubs ensure a focus remains on wellness.

A year-round destination, Jackson Hole is known for its snow sports in winter, and offers a multitude of activities in spring, summer and fall, from relaxing hikes to kayaking and thrilling white-water rafting Whether heli-skiing from the highest peaks, fly fishing on the Snake River, horse riding through the forests cloaking the Tetons or venturing into the surrounding national parks including Grand Teton and Yellowstone, nature’s magnificence will continually awe and inspire, no matter the season.

There are 3 beautiful restaurants on the Resort Grounds. The Grill which looks out over the Snake River Valley and snow-capped peaks of the Tetons through floor to ceiling windows, Amangani’s redwood-panelled restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Specialising in local, sustainable ranch meats, fresh fish and seasonal farm-to-table produce, the menu is the work of Executive Chef Manuel Fernandez, who combines global culinary influences with the finest regional ingredients, including caribou sausages, bison steaks, Idaho potatoes and Utah honeycomb.

Grand Terrace Bar which is open from afternoon to evening, 3pm to 8pm, Amangani’s bar is set high above the valley – the perfect spot to watch the sun melt into the Tetons while savouring a bespoke cocktail, a local craft beer, or a glass of wine with canapés. And then the Zinc Bar with its rugged sandstone columns, redwood panelling, and panoramic views over the Wyoming snowfields, the Zinc Bar is an intimate and atmospheric aprés-ski destination. Locally brewed beer and spirits distilled in the area are highlights of the drinks menu, and the bar team are renowned for their seasonal creative cocktails, such as the huckleberry martini and the spicy hibiscus margarita.

In the mountains and valleys of Jackson Hole, spring, summer and fall are seasons celebrated in living colour, each as photogenic as the next. Activities include hiking and mountain biking, horse riding, fly fishing and hot air ballooning, but a day relaxing by the river with a picnic and mountain views is equally well spent. No matter what you do let us help you re-discover what it is to really enjoy yourself with family and friends.
