Situated to the north of the Ibiza to San Jose road and surrounded by pine forest, Villa Soñar is one the most desirable properties in Ibiza. The villa is situated in the Truntoi hills and has panoramic views of Dalt Villa, the salt flats and beaches of Salinas, Es Codolar and the island of Formentera.

The islands best beaches, restaurants and clubs are within easy reach and Ibiza Town is just a few minutes drive away. Conde Nast Traveller magazine have labelled Villa Soñar their ‘favourite’ and Harpers Bazaar voted it as one of the top four villa rentals in the world.

The interior of the house is cool and relaxing with spacious living areas furnished and decorated in white and neutral tones. There are uninterrupted sea views from the 12 different terraces and outdoor areas.

The villa accommodates up to 16 guests in eight double bedrooms including a master suite with its own private Jacuzzi lounge. All the bedrooms have private bathrooms, flat screen television, DVDs, iPod docking stations and mini-bars.

Villa Soñar has a 32 metre swimming pool with waterfalls, a cave, floating cabana, underwater windows and a water mist system which sprays clouds of cooling water onto the terraces next to the pool.

On the roof there is a Bedouin chill-out tent, hot tub with a fountain and a hydro massage. There are several al-fresco dining areas including a poolside dining table, barbecue area and a rooftop table which seats 16 people. The property also has a gym and an infrared detox sauna.
