This exquisitely designed home spans over 7,000 square feet across two floors, with panoramic ocean vistas visible from nearly every room. At its heart lies a serene courtyard with a central fountain, leading into a spacious, sunny living space and kitchen. This area seamlessly extends to an outdoor patio featuring multiple relaxation and seating zones, a heated infinity pool, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area with outdoor dining. The upper level houses three expansive bedrooms, each with its own balcony and generously sized bathrooms. The principal bedroom boasts a vast deck, offering expansive views of the ocean. A second bedroom features two queen-sized beds and dual balconies—one facing the ocean and the other overlooking the courtyard. The third bedroom operates almost as a standalone unit, linked to the main building by a sheltered walkway and equipped with two balconies. Additionally, a fourth room, used as a combination bedroom and media space, opens straight onto the courtyard and includes a sizable sectional sofa with a pull-out bed. This room offers flexibility to meet your particular needs. It can be used either as a bedroom or a media room. You may choose from one of three options: king bed- queen bed or sectional couch arrangement
