Ti-Fèy Villas are stunning luxury vacation rental 1 bedroom villas perched on the hillside of Dominica. The villas are surrounded by trees and the sights, sounds and aromas of nature, with the river and ocean below. Views extend to the island’s tallest mountain, Morne Diablotin. Situated in the densest area of Dominica’s rainforest, these villas provide an other-worldly experience entirely immersed in nature and luxury.

This two-story secluded clifftop villa features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a private plunge pool, outdoor rain shower cantilevered off the second floor, extra bathroom, and more space for your intimate tropical island experience. Sustainably built with Guyanese Greenheart wood, the villa offers a peaceful place for quiet contemplation and total relaxation. At approximately 1,356 sq ft, this villa includes an inside space of 927 sq ft, covered terrace 173 sq ft, pool deck 225 sq ft, and pool 127 sq ft. This villa enjoys two luxurious bathrooms – First floor bathroom with shower and single vanity – The bathroom on the 2nd floor has a shower with a tub and large single vanity – Locally handmade toiletries from The Coal Pot – Bathrobes and slippers – Hairdryer.

The modern fully equipped open plan kitchen in the verandah with granite countertops includes a large refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, espresso machine, griller, electric kettle, dishwasher, and wine cooler. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom. Each villa includes a Culligan Water Filtration System, which guests may drink from branded takeaway borosilicate water bottles as a means of enforcing its zero-tolerance policy for single-use plastic.

All rates include a pre-stocked Organic Breakfast Basket, filled with a supply of farm fresh eggs, organic fruit and all homemade granola, yogurt, bread, jam, dried fruit and local lemongrass and cocoa teas, and replenished on request for the guests’ duration of stay, plus full use of the Secret Bay site and amenities, including GoPros, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling and swimming gear. Guests arrive to a pre-stocked villa (based on items selected on the pre-arrival questionnaire). Pre-stocked items are billed at check-out. Guests also have exclusive use of the enchanting Wild Orchid Garden Decks—the perfect spot for secluded romance and relaxation or to watch the sun slowly set into the sea.
