Villa Primosten Palace is a luxuriously decorated and spacious 7 bedroom villa set on a hill above lovely Primosten, offering a beautiful view of the entire Primosten coastline and the greenery that gives you a haven for complete relaxation. The villa is built in modern Dalmatian architectural style in which you can feel touch of luxury, sea and sun.

Villa Primosten Palace is located only 200 meters from the beautiful pebble beach, has 2 separate houses - residential and a smaller house next to it with large swimming pool and area for relaxation. Villa has found its place on a property of 1500 m² and villa itself spreads over 450m². Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests and offers exclusive luxury accommodation ideal for families or groups of friends.

Villa has 7 bedrooms, 7 Bathrooms and extra toilet. Residential building consists of 3 fully furnished apartments. On the first floor there are 2 very similar apartments each with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and living area with terraces. Terraces are equipped with sitting furniture where you can enjoy morning coffee. On the second floor there is another luxury apartment with 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms have double beds and third room has bunk beds. Apartment also has fully equipped kitchen, modern living room with fireplace, bathroom with massage shower, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and terrace with garden furniture and a nice sea view.

The outside space is nicely arranged with plenty of outdoor furniture on the large terraces to make the most of the incredible sea views. The swimming pool (50 m²) is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers. Under the covered terrace is additional wooden outdoor furniture. Smaller summer house has a living room and beautiful and modern kitchen, well equipped with stove, oven, hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The pool area can be lit up at night to allow guests to make the most of spending the warm evenings outside. Primosten is one of the most picturesque small towns on the Adriatic coast with beautiful beaches. Primosten is a town in Croatia, and a part of the Sibenik-Knin County. It is situated in the south, between the cities of Sibenik and Trogir, on the Adriatic Coast. Primosten is famous for its huge and beautiful vineyards. The largest beach in Primosten is called Raduca, and its smaller part, Mala Raduca, is voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia.
